UKBfit – free fitness studio for all employees
No more long trips to the gym! UKBfit is centrally located on the UKB campus and is accessible to all UKB employees free of charge. The training can be optimally integrated into the daily routine before or after work. Train in the cardio area with treadmills, cross trainers, ergometer and rowing machine or on a large selection of fitness equipment as well as in the free weights area. We look forward to seeing you!

In accordance with the TV-L, a special annual payment is made and there are other additional payments such as the bonus system for taking on additional tasks in the team, for selected additional qualifications, specialist further training and for permanent employment in the nursing pool. There is also a stand-in bonus for short-term assignments within < 96 hours from the duty-free allowance.
