The Clinic for Neuropaediatrics and the Social Pediatric Center of the University Hospital Bonn is seeking to fill the following part-time/full-time (38.5 hours/week ) temporary position as soon as possible:
EEG Assistant (m/f/d)
The position is to be filled as a temporary replacement for 1 year, with the option of being made permanent.
The Neuropaediatrics Department and the Social Pediatrics Center provide outpatient treatment for children and adolescents with a wide range of conditions. In addition to sound, interdisciplinary care in the individual specialist areas, a holistic, socio-pediatric therapeutic approach to patient care is pursued. Involving families in the therapy is the conceptual focus.
The Clinic for Neuropediatrics & the Social Pediatric Center is looking for a new part-time or full-time colleague (salary according to TV-L EG 6).
Your tasks
- Recording EEGs on outpatient and inpatient infants, children and adolescents
- Organizing and coordinating inpatient long-term EEGs
- Supporting the reception team and looking after patients and their parents
- Administrative office work, orders
- Weekday day shift only (no night shift, no shift work)
Your profile
- Completed training as a medical specialist, healthcare and pediatric nurse or medical-technical assistant for functional diagnostics (m/f/d)
- Experience in recording EEGs or the willingness to learn how to do so
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- You are highly motivated and put your heart into your work
- Reliability, team spirit and discretion
- Patience and good-naturedness in dealing with children and parents
